NYP Virgin League!!

Attracted by the post name?! haha.. we mean it..
After seeing all of you improve, we thought that it is time for you guys to step up to another level which is more competitive. But instead of pushing u guys to a higher league, we thought a modified league played in NYP would be gd. Dun worry if u tink u r not gd enough as tat is not true. Everyone has different learning pace and some r already showing signs of late improvement and all of you are improving. Ultimate reqires experience & it comes with time so do stick around ya? Hence, take this chance to improve!
Back to the topic, NYP Ultimate is going to set up an Ultimate League.
The format will be everyone mixed together and then picked randomly. Most prob there will be 4 to 6 teams, depending on the number of registrations.
- Round-robin league with each team playing everyone twice.
- Top 4 teams at the end of the league will have a chance to play for the cup finals.
- Each team to have 6 to 10 players(mix)
- Each game to be 100 mins or game to 19 points
- Awards like 1. Best Improved, 2. Most Valuable Player, 3. Most Spirited Player, 4. Top scorer, 5. Best Defender, 6. Best Layout.
PLEASE PLEASE register n fill in the information TRUTHFULLY and on time(anyone caught not providing real info WILL be severely dealt with as a TEAM). Email the registration form back to nyp.ultimate@gmail.com We will then come out with the teams.
There may be a nominal fee of $5 for this league as we are thinking whether to provide water for you guys and also for the prizes, we need funding. Pls vote in the 'layouts' to show your stand!
To get the registration forms, simply click here. You'll be directed to a link and you are advised to save it and send it to nyp.ultimate@gmail.com after filling up the form or print it out and pass it to us in hardcopy. The deadline will be 1159pm Sunday(7 Aug). Any late entries may have to pay $8 due to causing miscalculation for our logistics.
Any NYP students that are not in NYP Ultimate but are interested to join are also warmly welcome! Pls do ask your frens if they are interested! The more the merrier! Its a good chance to improve and learn! Dun miss this chance as we do not know when is the next league!
