Hope you guys enjoyed your weekend. For those who joined us on Wednesday PT, I guess you all have recovered from those muscle aches. For the rest of you who missed out on Wednesday training, here's what's important things you have missed.

  • Training will be as usual for this week tuesday and wednesday.
  • Training for the first wk term break will be on Tuesday and Wednesday (10th June and 11th June 2008)
  • Training for the 2nd wk term break will still be on Tuesday and Wednesday (17th June and 18th June 2008). However, attendance will not be compulsory.
  • After term break, most likely there will be no training for 1 week due to common test. Of which, there will be pickups going on.

So. after all that long winded update, I'm sure you guys are looking forward to training Tuesday.
Hope everyone did some running or PT over this weekend. Therefore, craving for some actions? Ready to show off those throws and catches? Here's the details for Tuesday training:

  • Time: 6pm Sharp!! (I mean it. Competitive players will be late or can't attend training, pls notify Captain, CS)
  • Venue: Hockey Pitch
  • Attire: One white shirt and one dark coloured shirt (No yellow or grey pls)
  • Footwear: Sport Shoes or whatever Shoes that is used for sports! (NO BARE FOOT RUNING)
  • Weather: Rain or Shine, Flood-lights and Moonlight.
  • Things to bring: Water bottle (so you can have more play time rather than running up to water cooler to drink water). Also BRING big plastic bag or trash bag so you can water proof your bags in case raining condition like last Tuesday.


Lastly, those who can come early, (we'll be there at around 5pm) if no one else is using the pitch, you can start practicing your throws. So Cya on the Pitch!
