i'm here to update about the Club crawl briefing that we've attended few days ago.
Date: 22-23 April
Time: 11am - 5pm
Theme: Unleash you talent
Set up of booth is on: Tuesday 21st April
Time: 10am - 6pm ONLY
Size: 1.5m(width) X 2m(depth)
• CCA points will be awarded
• $100 will be given by (SAO officer) for decoration/printing
• Receipt must be issue within 1 week to the SAO officers for claims
• powerpoint plug (bring your own) because they might not have enough
• Performances are on the field for us (we'll have to work out our own timing with the soccer & ruby girls)
Prizes will be given for
• Best Booth
• Best Sandwich Board
• Best Mascot
• Best Notice Board
We can win more than 1 prizes!
So, i seek everyone's cooperation to make this club crawl a successful one! Let's start work soon! Alex will tell me the time for the 1st meeting then i'll update you guys about it!
