Summer League 2011 (26 June ~ 7 August)

Hi people, this are the teams for Summer League 2011. The games are at 2pm and 4pm, 2 games a week.
Each of the players are required to pay $18 to the captain for the league fees. Please pay up by this coming Sunday. Also, players will need to sign up for UPA membership on your own. UPA membership costs $15 per person and can only be paid online by Paypal. Those that have paid this membership fee this year do not have to pay again.

If you don't have paypal, do contact Gabriel @ 94501561. He will need you to register an account FIRST. Sms him after you register with your account details, and he will help you from there.

Next, I will need the girls details of both teams as follows: your name, UPA membership email address and your date of birth. Contact me @ 96618644.
