To all Juniors!
Long time since I posted on this blog, but seems this is quite important.
I'll get straight to the point then. Juniors, I know that you are feeling demoralized and sad because you are
being cut away from your friends during trainings. You need to know that you guys can't give up just yet
because it's just the start! I know ICAs all just ended and some of you just returned to training, but reflect
to yourself, did you inform any seniors you'll be away for a few trainings and did you even bother to come
down for just a moment to find out what's happening at training? This is NOT just any other ordinary team,
those that came for the camp would know about what this team is really about! If you really want to prove a
point to us, the seniors, push yourself and show us! Step it up. Actions are louder than words, do it!
I will always support and teach you guys as long as you all give your 100% in return.
Some seniors have been in your situation countless number of times, and today, we are still here.
Perseverance and determination to improve. That's your answer, be optimistic. Set goals for yourself every
training and reflect if you managed to achieve that goal at the end of training. Not dropping a single disc
and catching every disc that is thrown to me, that'll be a start. It can be anything. There's no point
complaining or being sad because we have been there and done that! If you want it so badly, show us, even
small things like showing up for training even though you can't train or you have assignments to complete
shows your dedication. Don't do it just because I told you to, it comes from your heart and I don't have to
tell you guys this.
Every action has a reason behind it, though it would seem being bias, think about it before making
assumptions. Are you giving your 100%?
