Hey guys! It's back to training and league after a day of rest! I know that most of you end early on a Wednesday and training will only start at 4:30pm. But no worries, there will be seniors down at the pitch with discs at 4pm. You can, and are encouraged to head down to the pitch and practice your throws before training if your lessons ended early. Do check with your league group leaders for the latest updates! For any enquiries, feel free to ask any seniors! :)

You are reminded to be PROPERLY ATTIRED:

Dri-fit shirt (Ensuring comfort level even after perspiration)
Shorts (not berms)
Running shoes (Prevent injuries e.g. ankle sprain) 

Things to bring:
Dark Shirt
White Shirt
Water bottle
