wishing all of you a belated merry Christmas!
school is starting very soon!
we will be having normal training after this coming week.
so this coming week training will be,
Tues:
time: 4.30pm SHARP! (late without valid reasons = really no chance now!)
venue: hockey pitch! (please bring a pair of shoes unless you got a good reason!)
P/S: late for 10mins also consider as late.
if you think you are the boss here and can come late without informing,
then we will show you who's the boss here. =)
Wed:
there will be no training!
go and enjoy the "Holiday!"

Those interested in Synergy 2008 reg. $20 per team PLS bring your money down tml! forms are avaliable from Cs do look for him to fill up tml at training!
Guys time to tune up the atmosphere for training. with IVP round the corner, help each other and bring up the intensity in training. Put in your 110% and not start to regrate when its too late. Don't be a passive be active!
