please pass the registration form & $12 for the youth ultimate championship to douglas by fri.

anyway, details about the team.
we are still unsure how many teams we will be sending.
the teams will be selected by ben, me and shawn.
if those who are not selected, the $12 will be refund back to u.
so as usual, play ur very best and prove to us that u wanna be in the team.
