Sing Opens Volunteers
Hi Guys. I have forwarded an email from Lance, a member of the UPA and who will be needed the manpower on saturday and sunday. Those who indicated by email to me that they want to help out would have received the forwarded email. Those who want to help out but have not received the email please let Eliseus know and he will forward it to you.
As I myself will not be able to attend the Sing Opens, Eliseus will coordinate volunteers for the Opens and be a liaison with Lance. Please inform Eliseus about the hours that you can help out (the volunteers) and follow through and bear your responsibility during the games well. You will be facilitating an international competition, and it is wonderful that the UPA trusts NYP Ultimate team members to help out, so please don't disappoint by being late etc.
Some details that you might want to know when considering whether you want to tell Eliseus you want to help out if you haven't already done so:
1) 730 am report at the Farrer park fields.
2) Jobs to fill: Scorekeeper, Field Ops, and HQ staff. I believe you can see from the nicks the main duties.
3) Volunteers provided with Dinner and a disc and some other goodies.
